A good place to start is to go to MY TRACKERS
and click on the START option
then follow the left hand column until you come to the
GETTING STARTED GUIDE.
It is a good way to get familiar with the website and enter the info you need

I am a homemaker with an amazing husband and 6 incredible kids. Off and on for 12 years I have been pregnant and nursing and now am needing to get in shape and loose some baby weight. But I want to be able to run with my kids, play soccer, swim, and hike. Basically be ready for any impromptu moment with my family. I would love to learn to ride a unicycle and buzz around with my Hubby. It is also hard to find exercise time without feeling guilty when my kids need me.
So far I think that SparkPeople is a great resource but I have a hard time finding the time to enter everything that I need to in order to keep track of everything. I seems quite overwhelming. I would like to know what to do first to get the most of using this site. Mostly I have just cut out refined sugar and flour and I am feeling better already.
