As a new spark member I am looking forward to dropping 50 pounds with the Oregon team support.I am fortunate to live in the beautiful Rogue Valley and spend many weekends in Brookings. Both of these areas allow for great outdoors exercising opportunities. Now I just need the motivation to keep going. I would like to loose about 10 pounds before thecstart of the new school year so I am more energized for my 5th graders.
