Sweets OH how I love Sweets. Now I am trying to change that to:
Veggies Oh how I love Veggies LOL, just does not have the same felling, but the veggies do FELL better than all the sweets.
I have to really cut out or at least way down on my sweets. I have been doing well with that over the last couple of year. I use to eat 2-3 candy bars a day--NOT GOOD on the waist. I still go to sweets when I am stressed. But one thing I have done is try to exercise now when I am stressed and I have bought sugar free puddings. I don't like sweeteners, but sometimes, to get you out of a pinch, they can work.
Keep up, giving up sweets!!
