Hi, Katie! Welcome to this challenge. You are going to love it! Tomorrow I will be on Week 4 day 3. I can't believe it is almost over. I loved having to "answer" to someone and I enjoyed the Coach Nichole videos and cardio ideas. Just embrace the message boards and you will succeed. Keep ups posted throughout this challenge. You can do it!

I'm really excited about starting this challenge! I've tried multiple times to just do it on my kwn but I end up giving up on my own goals :/ but I'm tired of starting over.
