Pretracking - I have found for me I do not adjust the variance of the pretrack. Sometimes it is the extra this or that, that does not get logged.
Also when I track actual sometimes at night I will either decide not to have anything else or often the opposite I haven't actually eaten enough.
Also the pretracking on fitness makes me crazy. I understand for some people it works but I wish Sparkpeople could adjust the leaderboards and take off the future dated computation pretracking from members. I really like the leadboard but for most of the month it means nothing because some people put in the whole month or whatever. I really would like to use it as that extra push!!!
