I think motivation is something we all need. Another good tip is to make yourself a motivation board - something that you can look at a regular basis. I have a picture of me when I weighed my ideal weight (back in high school) and then also some other goals such as I want to go whitewater rafting - I need to lose the weight to be able to participate. It is also words that have inspiration.
I agree, SP does have some great chair videos but also some upper body stretches that can help add up the exercise minutes.
I am trying to lose weight, I need the motivation to to start working out. I think I am more scared as I have a lot of back problems and have been in the hospital a number of times. Anyone have any suggestions on light but good exercises that I can do to lose more weight?? I only have about 40 lbs more to lose to get to my goal.
