I also have started many times. Sometimes I was mildly successful, but then fell back into my unhealthy ways. This time I'm determined to keep on keeping on! If I don't do great on my eating one meal, so what! That doesn't mean that the rest of my choices for the day (or week, or month) have to be bad, too. I can choose! And I choose to sometimes have a fast food burger and not let it throw me back into an unhealthy lifestyle. I believe we can eat anything we want, in moderation. But we also need to make exercise a priority instead of a sometimes thing.
