Hello my mane is Gail, you and I have the same goals. I to am up 15lbs and joined the challenge for the exact same reasons. I am in my 2 week and have lost 2 lbs, 13 more to go. I would like to keep in touch to see how you are doing. I am doing the workouts on most days but have joined a boot camp that runs Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am and is one hour long then cool down. Its hard getting up at that time but I do feel good for the rest of the day as long as I don't sit down, kidding. Hope your challenge is going good.

Hello everyone! My name is Brittany! I joined the the Jan. Jumpstart Fitness Challenge to help get me back on track to healthier more fit me. My goal is to lose about 15 pounds by retraining myself to eat healthier and becoming more physically active. I'm here for advice and tips as well as giving my own.
