Hi there! My name is Michelle and I am from the Windy City!! In January 2012, I was diagnosed with Diabetes. Since then, I have cut back on lots of the food that I love, eliminated soda and began drinking lots more water. I have lost 30 pounds but my doctor said I need to lose more to, hopefully, get rid of the Diabetes. She says I am still young enough to control it with eating right and exercising. That's easier said than done. I have kept off the weight I've lost (i might have gained a pound or 2 over the holidays, lol) but I seem to be stuck in a rut. I guess I'm getting bored and need something to spicy up my exercise routine and get back on track. So, that's why I'm here and hopefully this challenge will be just what I need. Good luck to all of you!!!!!
