Welcome emoticon . You should start an exercise class in your area for people over 200 lbs. Not to discriminate, but it is difficult for people over 200 lbs at time to identify with their trainer. emoticon

Good Morning Everyone! My name is Amy I'm 24 Years old.I have my associates of Science in both X-ray Technology and Advanced Health and Fitness, yes that is right I am a Personal Trainer, I graduated from college for personal training in Aug. 2012, and I havent been able to do anything with it yet because no body wants a trainer that still has to lose weight.. at least that is how I think about it. but, I have been a member of this site since 04/2011 but not religiously.. I should be.. I have used this website spontaneously since I started. I have about 66lbs left to lost just till I reach my first goal.That goal is still not a healthy weight for me, but it is healthier.. so ill take it! Im excited to start this challenge, I'm 7 days late on the start but that is okay.
