I like the Mediterranean diet. It helps me to focus on vegetables and get some Omega 3's without fish that I am allergic. I have a group here I am a leader. here is the link to this diet: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_me

I love Mexican food also. You can have the bean in small amounts try to use wheat torts and add a lot of you veggies You can still use eggs ( Egg White ) and cheese make taco bowls Just watch your rice emoticon

We have a choice on how we live and mine is to think positive
Yesterday is past , tomorrow hasn't arrived yet.
I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I have to get to this goal by July 1

Hello my name is Angela and I am excited about what Spark People can do to assist me. I have no problem working out but I need HELP with choosing the right types of foods to eat.
As you get older, its not easy to lose weight. I pray that this website can give me new ideas of being more healthier.
