Congradutaltions on your weight loss. I find joining a group can keep you motivated as well as using the trackers. I find that I keep myself more honest by using them. and remember others will help you as well

Hello! My name is Krystle. I am looking for some motivation to stick with a program! I did well for two years and lost 80 total but have gained an extra 25 since the summer and really want it back off! I hope these different videos everyday will keep me from getting bored...plus they are short!
