emoticon Katelyn. You do not have to be afraid to get started and stick to your plans to achieve your goals. We are here to help if you need motivation or support. You should keep a journal of your goals and what you are experiencing everyday. This will help when you run into something that is stopping you from achieving your goals. In addition, take advantage of the nutritional and exercise tracker. This will help you determine what you need to change to achieve your goals.

Hi Katelyn, welcome to a new horizon! You are going to do this, this year -- and you will be not only healthier, but very PROUD of yourself as well.

I'm 6 days into my Challenge, inching along, doing well -- and being patient with the process.

My advice is never try to be in two days at once: don't think about the past, or anticipate how you will feel tomorrow. Just stay in the light and keep your focus in sight!

and do what you need to do to give yourself a gold star every evening for keeping on track that day.

"Live with Intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to Learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is"

Hi my name is Katelyn... I have a lot of health choices and lifestyle changes this year that I am going to meet. This year has brought me health concerns, obesity and well stress! So I am locking down and getting started. I have a long way to go but excited and scared to go for it!

Any tips, prayers or advice will help!!

Thanks!

Katelyn Shaffer
