You should keep a journal of your goals and what you are experiencing everyday. This will help when you run into something that is stopping you from achieving your goals. In addition, take advantage of the nutritional and exercise tracker. This will help you determine what you need to change to achieve your goals.

Hi Katelyn, welcome to a new horizon! You are going to do this, this year -- and you will be not only healthier, but very PROUD of yourself as well.
I'm 6 days into my Challenge, inching along, doing well -- and being patient with the process.
My advice is never try to be in two days at once: don't think about the past, or anticipate how you will feel tomorrow. Just stay in the light and keep your focus in sight!
and do what you need to do to give yourself a gold star every evening for keeping on track that day.
