I'm 6 days into my Challenge, inching along, doing well -- and being patient with the process.
My advice is never try to be in two days at once: don't think about the past, or anticipate how you will feel tomorrow. Just stay in the light and keep your focus in sight!
and do what you need to do to give yourself a gold star every evening for keeping on track that day.
