Great ideas. I really like the week by week post. I may print that out for my desk. I am with the rest of you-haved great ambitions in Jan, but for some reason I loose my omph by the following month. Lets keep each other motivated here. We are Spark People and we can do this!!!

Just remember, that even small steps helps you get to where you want to be!!! 10 min a day of exercise is great, 10 min, twice a day is even better and you don't have to get all sore and still be getting somewhere. That is what I did. Getting sore is discoraging to me, personally, so I build up and then I do better. Keep Going!!

You know what would help? If you kept a journal where you put your commitments and how things are going you would have something to refer back to. To record what happens when it happens is a great tool to keep you in the know as it happens. This allows you to make corrections as they occur.
