Hi, I'm Lindsay and I am new to this challenge. I have been apart of SpakPeople for a while and jumped back on the wagon not too long ago. I recently completed the 28 Day Fitness Challenge, followed by the Spring Into Shape Challenge. I realized I should have started with this one first; but I did lose my umph in the Spring Into Shape Challenge, so this challenge is a great jump start. i am ready for this new start with this new challenge!
