I am new to this team , but I really believe I can make it if I engage the body and mind in it , I run 3 days a week , I do yoga , but I like all sort of carbohydrates , I want to lose 3-5 kilo a month , i am currently 87 kilo , and my 175 CM , I need to be 68-70 , I need some motivation , I need to challenge myself , I used to be a discus thrower planning to join again in the beginning of December in the mean while trying to get my fitness back .. It need will, it needs persistence,
