First, I hope I'm posting in the correct spot. Second, this challenge is perfect! I wanted to find something to give myself accountability. More importantly though, I have an event on December 15th for which I want to look amazing. This year I've lost 60 lbs. I want to show up at the company Christmas event and knock everyone's socks off.
I'm new to this site. But, I've seen trackers on other people that I want to copy. Someone is counting time since their last soda. I want to count that one too!! It will be one year on 11/22/12 since I've had soda. It's awesome that someone else is thinking the same way.
I'm going to commit to this four weeks. However, my attention span is short. I have dozens of fitness and health tracking apps for iPad and iPhone as well as fitness plans, websites, and books. All of them have some good information and I'll surely never get bored. Maybe this is the one that will keep my attention in one place.
Regardless, I'm here for sure for four weeks. If it all goes well I'll post detailed before and after pics.
