i am not new to spark people but i am new to this team
i lost my spark a while ago and am having trouble getting back on track so i thought maybe this team will help me get back on in there
my plan is to do cardio 5 times a week and 30 day shred 3 times a week
my plan also involves a lack of cakes and eating properly........
