this is the place to be!!! there are lots of good info to learn and do. I started out small (actullay I feel I am still doing small) 10 min. of strength training a day, then worked up to some cardio and strength training. I would do 10 min in the am and then 10 min in the afternoon/evening. It has helped with my energy, that is for sure.
I am loosing mine slowly, because I want it to stay off, so I am making life style changes that I can do for ever!!
