i have a hard time staying off sugar when i eat candy or sweets. get rid of that candy!! it will get easier if it is not there to tempt you. or, have someone hide it from you and bring it out to have a small amount for dessert.
I'm still working on my yo yo pounds except I added at least nine more yikes! So I'm watching and counting calories, exercizing at work is a plus. I cant seem to stay away from the Halloween candy so my exercize goes to waste or is it the the candy going to waist haha I love any support I can get.
