I've lost weight on SP after two babies now. I gained it back when my grandmother died in January, but I have total confidence in SP as a motivator. I'm doing well so far... no significant weight lost yet, but I have lost a couple of inches and my clothes are feeling better. I completed a 14 mile mountain hike last Sunday and felt pretty darn good during it. So I'm pleased with my results so far, and I'm only 2 weeks in.
Anyway, I'm a sucker for a Challenge, and I'm happy to be here!
