A bit about me- I'm 31, a new mom to a beautiful 9 month old boy, and recently lost 35 lbs with Weight Watchers (now back to my pre-pregnancy weight). I loved WW but found these past few months I've just been too busy with the little one to get online as often and found my tracking was spotty and kept gaining and losing the same three pounds.
So I am back at Sparkpeople (was on here in 2009 and had lost 20 lbs) and need a SPARK.
I thought this challenge is exactly what I need. The workout videos look short (less than 15 minutes- great! i can squeeze that in) and I need a boost to my fitness.
