SP is a wonderful place to be. You can do this. It is amazing what 10 min. can do for a person!!! Remember to push yourself only as much as you feel safe!! If you are hurt, you can't exercise, so that is no good. I know I have done some very slow and worked up to doing things faster as I go. I still have a long ways to go. If doing 10 min all at once is too much, then do 2 5min. ones. Then 6 min, then 7 min and so on. You will get there. Actually, you will get there faster than you think!!! :)

I'm starting this challenge so that I can make a commitment to a daily exercise regiment that is right for me! I REALLY want that trophy at the end of 4 weeks! I am quite heavy so I can only exercise for 10 minutes without thinking my heart is going to implode, ut I know I will work my way up! Also, it would be nice to have some spark friends, so if you wanna be inter-pals just msg me or add em as a friend! The more the merrier!!
