Hi Jen, great to have you here! I'm Steve, so far thanks to Spark, I'm down 40 pounds but still have well over 100 to go. Yes it seems like a big number, so I'm trying to learn to look at goals in between here and there. My first big goal was to drop 10% which I just made and bought myself a cool audio book to listen to while I drive. I have a female friend here who got herself some cool heels to wear on her first loss of 20 pounds. Don't forget to make it fun!

Hi, my name is Jen, I'm 32, and I am just starting my weight loss journey. I have been a member of sparkpeople for a few years but I have been an ''active member'' now for 4 days.
