Welcome! You won't be disappointed with this web site.
My goal is to reach 135, me too haven't be at that weight for a long time even when it should be the recommended weight for my height I also want to be there by Feb 2013....however I have a lot more to loose (double your weight). We should be in touch since we are so close in our goal weight and date. Is always good to have a support team behind you.

Hi I am so excited to have found this website. I look forward to finally losing my weight and get in shape. My goal is to go from 158 to 137 by Feb 2013. I have not seen that weight in years.
