Hang in there SHAZG321, you have to adjust and so does your body. Remember, that weight increase may be muscle, muscle is good. It will help you get to your goal and it is healthy for you too. Don't give up, you are doing great!!!!!

Hi, my name is Sharon I am 43 years old I currently have 48kg to loose. I have been over weight for ever. I am never been a big eater only a 1000 calories a day but have been very inactive. Three weeks ago i started exercising. I am currently doing 60 min of Zumba a day and fond the first two weeks I lost 10.4kg. It has unfortunately come to a halt this week. I have increased my calories as recommended but have increased weight this week by .1g so i am a bit down. Sharon
