Hello, My name is Lulu. I am hoping to get back on track. had an illness the past 6 months which made it hard for me to be consistent. I am back on the mend and hope to be able to be back to normal activity next week. I am on sparkpeople today to catch up my plans/goals and start tracking nutrition and fitness. emoticon

Hello from Scotland. I am trying to keep motivated by joining this team. I hope I will get support from others when I a finding weight loss hard to achieve.
