JVIDOVIC you can do it!!!! I always start small and keep working up, that seems to work good for me. find out what works for you. I would do 10 min. here and there, then 10 min everyday, then 10 min 2-3 times a day, now I do longer work outs--if I can. Just find something that works for you and that you can do and make it a life change, not just a diet thing. I am really starting to get the life change thing and it is feeling great!!!
