You can do this! I just joined the team. I did the 28 Day BootCamp Challenge to get me into a workout routine. I still feel I need something structured like this to keep me going. If it is left up to me what to do each day I spend half the day trying to figure out what I want to do. Yes I am a procrastinator.

I back to start over again, I need to lose 45 Pounds . Had lost weight a couple years ago to 160 lbs. ,but bad eating habits , stress , and having to deal with breast cancer- has not help me. Now I going to have knee replacement surgery in six weeks. Need lots of encouragement.
