Hi everyone! I've been a member of this site for several years, but have never used the interactive part of the site. I'm really needing to kick some bad habbits and exchanging these for healther ones in the long term :D I'm 26, I live in Melbourne Australia (its winter, wet and freezing now). I am starting a new role at work that will be more stressfull but have better working hours- so i think now is an excellent time to turn a new leaf as they say and make some changes. My goal is to keep the momentum, try not to overeat, stick to excercise routine, I'd also like to complete half marathon in October- and hopefully loose some weight and feel better about my body.
