Hey everyone, well this is challenge number 3 for me, the other two challenges were excellent and has motivated me to keep doing the challenges, I find these really keep me going.

This day one video with Nicole is harder I feel than the other challenges, maybe because I took off a few days in between challenges, but I walked 6 miles and swam too.....but it still caused me to breath heavy!!!

I am so looking forward to doing this challenge and watching the numbers get smaller...and they do :)
