I have worked night for almost ten years and in doing so I have taken the easiest road there was for my health and fitness. Not once in the last several years thinking have I thought about what it could mean to me in the future but that has changed in the last few weeks.

Even though I have been here on spark people for a few weeks, but I am counting today as day one. I look forward to where the days ahead will take me with my new life healthier life.
