Hi! I've been a member of Sparkpeople for over 2 years now! So weird. I moved to Western Australia almost two years ago with my husband for work. In that time, I lost about 50 lbs. In the last 9 months or so, I have gained some of the weight back. I definitely need a jump start (or a swift kick in the rear!) I work full time and have quite a full schedule, so preparing and organizing are a big part of trying to keep the consistency. I'm always happy to have sparkfriends and to support others.
