As far as motivation goes, it is hard for me to stay motivated, but just make myself go every day- it is almost an addiction (a good one) because if I don't exercise every day I feel bad- a little exercise- even just a 20 minute walk and a 10 minute video make me feel good!

Hi! I am new to this challenge. I just finished the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge and I decided that I do well with commitment to a challenge. I am looking forward to finishing this challenge as well. I do cardio (mostly walking) 7 days a week as well.
My goal is to get fit and be healthy and lose some weight along the way!
