I also love the spark nutrition tracker. Whatever meal I make for dinner, I measure everything and put it into a group in the nutrition tracker and then just type in the amount of it I had. Then each time I make the dish I make any adjustments needed and then portion it out again. :)

I really like the trackers. I add the nutritional info on things I eat a lot and move them into my favorites. That makes it very easy to click favorites and record the day's food consumption. Good luck on your class project and your personal journey.

SP is a wonderful place to learn things. I have really enjoyed the site. There is sooooo much here to see and help you with the school assignments but also your health. I love the exercise videos. Here, you can start small or big. I started with just the 10 min. ones. That got me going onto other things, like walking a couple of miles. I wish you the best!!!!
Hello all, I'm Jen. I just started a "Healthy Weight" class at my college because I needed one more credit to fill this semester. One of our class assignment is to pick an online nutritional analysis system to help us to track our calories, read nutrition labels & become more conscious of our daily eating habits. I have actually been wanting to do this anyway because in the past 3 years I somehow managed to accumulate 40lbs!!! YIKES!!!
