I wonder if you are eating enough calories. When was the last time that you rechecked your BMI lately? Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is an estimate of how many calories you'd burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours. It represents the minimum amount of energy needed to keep your body functioning, including breathing and keeping your heart beating. If you are not eating enough, your body may be resistant to dropping weight. Are you doing all the same excercises? Maybe time to shake things up and try some thing new.

I have been the same weight since January 1! I have not gained which is a good thing but I can't seem to lose! I stay in the 1200-1300 daily calorie range and I work out for 60 minutes 5 days a week. HELP what more can I do??
