I would suggest you invest some time on the weekend to make large batches of healthy food. You can find recipes on this site for them. then separate them out into individual containers and you have your meals for dinner ready to go. I also recommend you make a healthy salad for lunch. You can buy the ingredients and make your own cheaper than shopping at grocery stores for individual salads.

Hi! How about microwave stuffed baked potatoes? Nuke the potato and then add Green Giant veggies for one.
Adopt the "cook once eat twice" mentality. Invest in a crock pot. Cook a cheap cut of beef or pork or even chicken - whatever is on sale. You can then portion the meat for tacos, stew or what ever. Freeze the portions and then pull them out as needed.
