When I was in the best shape of my life, I was lifting weights at a gym two times a week and doing aerobics three times a week. On one of the days I jogged outside. I think jogging outside really made the biggest difference for me. Good luck!

I am 5" 3" tall and weighs between 44-46 kgs. Although I have nothing to lose, I want to have a toned body especially on my belly and waist.
