I would suggest you start at 30 minutes and work your way up to 2 hours. or split up the 2 hours through out the day because going from no exercise to 2 hours in one shot can be dangerous as you could hurt yourself or strain some muscles and then not be able to complete the challenge. Hopefully not 2 hours a day going from 0 per day in the past. IE 2 hours a day is a lot of time. ARe you sure you are not setting yourself up for failure and frustration?
