Like most things you get out of it what you put in in effort. I was very successful in the challenge and even picked up some new exercise routines to mix up my activity and keep my body guessing what is next
hi I'm new to this and just wondering if this actually works? i have never done a workout plan and things to get fit but after i had my daughter i haven't been able to loose weight...i have gained more weight in my thighs and lower stomach because i moved and no one would hire me for 7 months out of the year...just trying to get to know people with a similar issue..
