Like most things you get out of it what you put in in effort.
I was very successful in the challenge and even picked up some new exercise routines to mix up my activity and keep my body guessing what is next emoticon

It is working for me and it will work for you. But you have to stick with the plan. It all takes time and don't give up.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

hi I'm new to this and just wondering if this actually works? i have never done a workout plan and things to get fit but after i had my daughter i haven't been able to loose weight...i have gained more weight in my thighs and lower stomach because i moved and no one would hire me for 7 months out of the year...just trying to get to know people with a similar issue..
