I know it may seem overwhelming at first but just take it one step at a time and you will find success. The 2 things to master first would be the nutrition and fitness trackers. They are the foundation of a good plan to improve your health.

Welcome to Spark and the team. This is a great place. I know that I am still learning new things everyday. That is one of the fun things that there is so much to do and learn on this site.

Here's to a great challenge. I just finished today but and going to repeat this challenge starting tomorrow. So here is to a great February.

Hi everyone first day at sparks site finding my way around the pages, feeling abit overwhelmed by all the information, but going to try my best to get to know the site and work on a better happier healthier me.
