Hello, This is my first time on the SparkTeamPage. I want to start by saying I am grateful and blessed to have found Spark. I have been on the spark people site for two weeks and love the Nutritional Counter, the support pages and the fitness page to measure exercise. Its been a healthy productive format I can follow
I remember a more healthy me when I was young. Being 42 I want to be happy ,healthy, more athletically challenged and be happy about myself ie the weight loss. Its going to take time and patience..This week I am in the start of the Diabetes 8 week weight loss challenge..I do not have diabetes however with PCOS i can become type 2 easily..Love the plan ,exercise and I do not feel deprived of food or now energy.I look forward to the weeks ahead..There's gonna be some bumps in the road but its okay..Im learning wipe yourself off and try again..Better late than never

Better late than never! I figured a challenge would help me get back on track. I couldn't do the BLC due to being sick so this challenge is what I need. I got sick 2 weeks before christmas and couldn't go out to walk/run. We had money problems so gas to go to gym. So after a few weeks and 10 lb weight gain I am back at it.
