Know what you mean, signed up in January and was doing fine until this past Saturday. DH fell and broke his hip had surgery Sunday. Now for the past 3 days and today I have been at the hospital. Fitting those exercises in is a problem unless I stay up till 1 AM. that cuts my sleep almost in half and today I am feeling. But, I have decided tonight that I need to finish this last week, so when he comes home I am ready. To me when you start or finish is not a problem, it is that you finish.

I signed up for the challenge in late December but I was buried under a commitment that I've since gotten out of (completed) and don't plan on burying myself in that hole again. I've been saving all the emails so I can basically do the January Challenge in February and spent a $50 gift card from work on getting the Spark and the SparkPeople Cookbook as well as a video :) Looking forward to making a positive change!
