From my expierence staying pluged in to SP will keep you on track! Even if you miss a day it will get you back on track ( I was without a computer for two days, boy did I miss my SP!!) Congratulations on the soon to be new you!!

Hello everyone, my name is Melissa and i'm just starting out on SP. At the end of 2011,i decided that 2012 was going to be the year where i was going to find the healthier, stronger me. I have quit smoking as of January 10th (3 weeks yesterday) and have already began feeling the benefits of it. I originally had a long term goal of losing 45 pounds by July 1st, but i've decided to make smaller goals for myself. Today is day 2 on Spark and i must say i'm absolutely in love with this site. I love all the tools to help me stay on track, from my calories to how much fitness i've done to how much water i'm drinking. Sparks is the perfect choice for me to reach all of my health and fitness goals! Happy Sparking!
