Welcome. I am 67 and also work with discomfort. It is just what it is. There are many things you can do with modifications. I know if you were able to take off 25 pounds you have the determination to keep it off. The trackers are great for keeping on track and there are several teams you might want to check out. I noticed several people have posted about mini workouts they can do at their desks. Good luck.
I;m over 50 and am just now having some real difficulty maintaining a healthy weight and incorporating exercise into my days. I'd previously lost 25lbs, and had been able to maintain the loss, however, have started a job, fallen and hurt my foot & my wrist (wrist is on the mend) but need to move and take better care of self or believe that all 25lbs will be coming back.
