You sound pretty determined
Do you have a daily routine? I know you say you work odd hours - but you could still be having work and home life sort of timetabled, with just the actual time of day changing. If so, it should probably be easier to slot in some exercise time or times. It's something you could maybe even do on a weekly basis, similar to menu planning
And/or put your exercise times on your calendar or in your diary.
