I'm starting off at 178 lbs. I've gained almost 30 lbs in the past 2 years and i don't know, but this time it feels different. I feel like I have more control lately. I eased into this by starting to just get to the gym at least 3-4 times a week even if I only stayed there 30 minutes and even if I only went in the sauna :). It was enough to get the wheels turning and I'm feeling motivated. After joining SP, I'm feeling excited!!!! I'm loving the success stories and am happy for all that are reaching their goals. You should know you're an inspiration to people like me who are just starting. Thanks!
