Set some small goals that you can meet right off the bat ! It will help you get going in the right direction. Some like, drink 8 glasses of water daily. walk around the house inside or out for 15 mins. Read the different articels that are recommended when you start out. These may sound small, but they become bigger as you get going. It is so good to feel that your making progress right off the top of your game Am I right ? Sure!
