I want to make 2012 a year of healthy choices in all areas of my life -- food, exercise, work, family, and friends. My goals are to have less stress, push away from my desk and leave work at a reasonable time, make healthy eating a priority, start moving more, and perhaps hit my 62nd birthday next december 20th 25 lbs lighter. I know i can make changes in the year ahead with the support and suggestions of others trying to make changes too. I want to lose weight but i dont want to do it eating sugar substitutes, food w high fructose corn syrup. It will be an interesting challenge. Here's to a younger me one year from now.
