Do it and really watch how you feel once your done...
In the beginning the desire to change was my motivation
As I paid attention to how I truly felt...getting on the otherside of the workout and that burst of
energy keeps me coming back even when I dont have the desire!

As I progress...I see how much better I am at doing things than when I began...a sense of
accomplishment keeps me coming back each day...even if it only for a video!!!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I noticed you don't have a spark Page.

Here are my suggestions that have helped me that might help you.

Congrats on losing 15 pounds! That's great.

Create a Spark Page, add friends. Join teams. Read blogs of other members. Write your own blogs about your progress. Keep Sparking. Even when you don't feel like it. Log on and you'll start to feel differently.

Motivation comes in waves. Sometimes it's high and carries you to where you want to be. Sometimes it's low, almost unnoticeable. You have to ride the wave even when it's small. And believe that it will be strong again.

I think your motivation is specific to the individual, but to help you feel inspired, I like: Success Gallery and Motivational SparkPages. Both are under the Community Tab. Also, I am a member of the Motivation & Positive Thinking team, which I enjoy! There are more teams to join for motivation. All these things are under the Community tab.
It took me four years on SparkPeople before I found my motivation, not that I was trying that hard...it was finally health problems and the threat of more that pushed me to be fully motivated. Keep searching and you'll find yours!

Hello my name is Nicole, I have been with sparkpeople since October 2011, it has helped me but I still struggle. I have lost 15 Ibs but I always need some motivation.
